Can I visit for pre-production meeting?
Yes. Every project, large or small, deserves thoughtful preparation.
We welcome no-obligation studio visits for introductions, walk-throughs, tour requests, and pre-session discussions. This is especially helpful if you are planning a recording session, rehearsal, live performance recording, podcast, broadcast, video shoot, or private creative event.
If you are not sure what setup you need, schedule a tour and we will walk through the space with you.
Do you offer a virtual meetings if travel is difficult?
Yes. If you are not able to visit in person, we can schedule a virtual introduction or planning conversation.
Remote introductions are helpful for reviewing your project, discussing room setup, confirming technical needs, planning guest flow, or deciding whether Soulistic360 RPS is the right fit before booking.

Please include the type of project, preferred date, estimated number of participants or guests, technical needs, and any details that will help us understand what you are creating.
I want to run the session myself. Is that possible?
Yes, depending on the session type and technical needs.
Artists, producers, and engineers may bring their own engineer or production team, but all sessions must be reviewed in advance to confirm the setup, equipment use, staffing requirements, and studio policies.
For certain bookings, a Soulistic360 RPS engineer, assistant engineer, or production assistant may be required to protect the equipment, support the session flow, and ensure a professional experience.
What computer systems and recording software do you use?
Soulistic360 RPS is designed to support professional recording, production, playback, and post-session workflows.
Specific computer systems, recording software, DAWs, plug-ins, and session compatibility should be confirmed during the booking process so we can prepare for your project properly.
Common DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) needs may include Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or other professional recording platforms depending on the session and engineer.
Can I use my own laptop and software?
Yes, in many cases.
If you prefer to use your own laptop, software, plug-ins, or session files, please let us know before your booking. This allows the team to confirm compatibility, routing, interface needs, file transfer requirements, and setup time.
For best results, arrive with your sessions organized, backed up, and ready to open.
Do you also work with analog tape?
COMING SOON! Analog tape availability depends on the project, equipment needs, and production setup.
If your project requires analog tape or a hybrid analog/digital workflow, please include that information in your inquiry so we can review what is possible and discuss the best approach.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on the type of booking, session length, staffing, technical needs, equipment use, and production scope.
Current starting points include:
Recording Studio Full-Day Lockout: Starting at $1,500
Rehearsal Only: Starting at $500
Engineer Support: $25–$45 per hour
Podcast Recording: Available by inquiry
LED Wall / Video Production: Custom quote
Livestreams & Broadcasts: Custom quote
Private Creative Events: Available by inquiry
Live Performance Recording: Available by custom quote
A custom quote may be provided for projects that require additional staffing, multicamera recording, LED wall use, livestream support, event setup, or extended production time.
Are there any additional costs?
Additional costs may apply depending on the booking.
Possible additional costs include engineer support, assistant engineer support, production assistant support, LED wall use, livestream or broadcast support, multicamera recording, microphones or specialty equipment, setup time, overtime, event staffing, tables and chairs, insurance, and other production needs.
All costs will be discussed before your booking is confirmed.
Booking Policies & Terms
Before booking a session, tour, production, or event, please review the studio policies that help us protect the space, prepare properly, and provide a professional experience for every client.
Soulistic360 RPS bookings may require a deposit, confirmed arrival and setup times, approved staffing, and agreement to studio guidelines. Additional costs may apply for overtime, engineer support, production assistant support, LED wall use, livestream or broadcast support, multicamera recording, event setup, tables and chairs, insurance, or other production needs.
For private events and live performance recordings with an invited audience, additional requirements may apply, including proof of insurance, vendor approval, guest count confirmation, and event staffing.
All bookings are subject to approval based on availability, project scope, technical needs, staffing, and fit for the space. Full terms and conditions are provided before confirmation and must be accepted before a booking is finalized.
